Let's see...

Em7 F7 Em7 F7 Em7 F7 *intro

Em C Em C Am Am/G D7 *"Ground Ctrl to Mjr Tom, Ground Ctrl to Mjr Tom..."
Em C Em C Am Am/G D7 *"Ground Ctrl to Mjr Tom, commencing countdown..."

E7 C F Fm C/E F Fm C/E F *"This is Ground Ctrl to Mjr Tom, you've..."
E7 C F Fm C/E F Fm C/E F *"This is Mjr Tom to Ground Ctrl, I'm..."

Em7 F7 Em7 F7 B(something) Am *"For here, am I siting in a tin can..."

C F C G G A *Da, Da, Da, DaDa, DaDa Da Da Dum (whatever)
C F C G G A *Da, Da, Da, DaDa, DaDa Da Da Dum (whatever)

F7 Em7 A C D Em *Ding, ding, da da ding ding...blah, blah, blah

E7 C F Fm C/E F Fm C/E F *"Though I've passed one hundred thousand miles..."

G E7 Am Am/G D7 G C *"Ground Ctrl to Mjr Tom, your circuits dead..."

Em7 F7 Em7 F7 B(something) Am *"Here, am I floating in a tin can..."

C F C G G A *Da, Da, Da, DaDa, DaDa Da Da Dum (whatever)
C F C G G A *Da, Da, Da, DaDa, DaDa Da Da Dum (whatever)

F7 Em7 A C D Em *Ding, ding, da da ding ding...blah, blah, blah

Now a few things, so I don't get flamed.
I may have named the chords incorrectly.
I know how they're played, but not necessarily called.
Towards the end there is a D7 G C for "Can you hear me Mjr Tom, can you hear
me Mjr Tom, can you hear me Mjr Tom" which might be a D7 C G instead.
The two cool rythym guitar parts might be F C F G G A instead of C F C G G A.
I don't have my guitar right now and my hand could go either way in the air.
Lastly, the B(something) I'll bother to reveal...

  |e|-X-|---|---|---|---
  |B|---|---|-X-|---|---
  |G|---|-X-|---|---|---
  |D|---|---|-X-|---|---
X |A|---|---|---|---|---
X |E|---|---|---|---|---

Is this a Bb7?

Hope I haven't really fucked this up.

Later...
