This sounds like it is played with one 6-string acoustic guitar and one 
electric guitar both with standard (EADGBE) tuning. This tablature is 
my own work, it may be distributed freely.

Guitar Setup:
Acoustic 1	None.
Electric 1	I attempt to copy the fluttery guitar sound with a Line6
		POD. I use "Pod Clean" with 100% drive and "Rotary" effect
		at 100% speed. B/M/T set at 100%. This sounds pretty close.

Playing:
This is yet another (musically) wacky song from Chris Cornell. His writing
style doesn't usually follow traditional melodic or harmonic rules the way
everyone else does. So the chord changes aren't what you expect them to 
be. So listen to the song for the changes.
